Texas Standard Possession Order calendar

Generates the default Texas Standard Possession Order schedule — the one that applies when neither parent has elected an alternate summer block or weekend pattern. Not your actual order if a court modified it. See the full guide for what this does and doesn't cover.

Your district's actual date — this shifts the Dec 28 split.

This is a snapshot of the default template. Ellsby keeps your actual agreed schedule live and synced with your co-parent — including whatever your real order says, not just the statutory default.

What this does and doesn't cover

This generates the default Texas Standard Possession Order (Tex. Fam. Code §153.312–153.314): regular 1st/3rd/5th-Friday weekends, the default summer possession block, Thanksgiving (alternating years), winter break (split at Dec 28, alternating which half each year), and Mother's/Father's Day weekends. It does not model elections (an alternate summer block or monthly-weekend pattern either parent can choose instead), Thursday evening visits, spring break, or the Expanded Standard Possession Order many Texas courts actually order instead of the plain version above. Read the full guide for why, and for what to check in your own order.

This is not legal advice, and it is not your family's actual order if a court modified any of it. Confirm your real possession schedule against your signed order, and ask your attorney if anything here doesn't match it.
